The Journal Entries of Kennet R'yal Shardik, et. al., and Related Tales by Elf Sternberg - Okay, big serious warning here, these are not for minors. There's graphic sex, there's violence, but there's also a very good plot, excellent characterization and all around great writing.

Aimee' also by Elf Sternberg - Heard of sword and sorcery? Well this is sex and sorcery. Another adults only storyline.

FanFiction.net - If there's fan fiction written about it, it's probably here. I generally stop by for Daria, Inuyasha, Yu Yu Hakusho, Cowboy Bebop... well you get the idea. :)

Adult Fanfiction Net - When ff.net got rid of NC-17 and a lot of R rated fics a lot of them went here. Not everything is sexual but everything does have "adult themes" that made them unwelcome in other archives.

Media Miner - Anime/Manga based fan fiction and artwork. Note that I can't get most (well over 90%) of the images in the artwork section to display. All of them are allegedly hosted on wormbaby.biz.
