Not a lot here a the moment. I'm holding off on more ink and metal until I:

Only one tattoo right now. I got it done as a birthday gift to myself in 1996. I really should have worn sunblock while I was living in Arizona. Note that it is brighter when wet (looks best immediately after I shave my legs) and the lighting wasn't the best (florescent). A larger image is linked to the placement diagram.
I have another dragon designed planned for my lower back and I'm working out a symbol of personal spiritual significance for above my left breast.
I've recently become obsessed with the idea of a forearm sleeve for my right arm. The original idea was to keep with the dragon theme but I'm now considering working in several big cats as well. Since I have no firm design in mind I won't be getting the sleeve done for quite a while.
I've decided what I want for the tattoo behind my left ear. It will be a cat's paw print, about the size of a quarter. Exact style and color still be to be determined but probably shaded and textured in brown.

Really traditional, two lobe pierces per ear. The first set was gunned when I was 6 years old (I begged my mother until she relented) and the second set I was just plain stupid about. I did them with a plastic gun setup you could (can?) buy in a drug store. Note that these don't work well on thick lobes and the jewelry is even worse than the stuff in the mall piercing booths. I now have metal sensitivities thanks to those things. But taking earrings out of pus filled, infected piercings and replacing them with higher quality wires at the kitchen table squicks older brothers very well. *evilgrin*
In March 2002 I stretched all four lobe piercings and put in 14ga titanium captive bead rings. The lower set of piercings has 5/8" high polish rings with dark purple beads and the second set has 1/2" high polish rings with dark blue beads. I'll eventually have 9/16" rings with 'blurple' beads between them. All titanium jewelery was purchased from Anatometal.
17 January 2002 - Less than an hour into the day and I've pierced my own left nostril. Currently sporting an 18ga Titanium screw with 2mm dome end. The urge to pierce just got too great to put off any longer.
I really want to get a helix pierce in my right ear. This is the one pierce I want that I know won't give me problems in the job market.
Another piercing for my left nostril is on the list, more to the side of the nose in the crease. It will be a seamless ring for the final jewelry, probably a CBR for initial.
I've been toying with the idea of a helix positioned forward on my left ear to allow me to wear a chain from the nostril ring to the ear. I prefer the curve of a chain worn that way to one that is hung from the lobe. Lately I have come to like the look of eyebrow pierces (something I thought I'd never want) as well.
And I'll probably end up getting more lobe pierces, at least a third pair, and probably I'll end up with more cartilage piercings including a snug.
I really want to get my tongue pierced. I've been toying with the idea off and on since about '94 so I probably will get it done at some point. After I get dental insurance. (With my luck I'd break a tooth biting the jewelry if I didn't get insurance first.) What sparked off this latest craving for it was a photo of a venom (paired off center tongue piercings). Since I have a well developed tongue web (frenulum) I've always thought I'd have to have it cut before I could have my tongue pierced.... Well with a venom I wouldn't. It's also more rare and very cool looking.
And for those perverts out there, yes, I have considered piercings below the neck.
